"Juan - one of the waiters was AMAZING! The hotel was lovely, and staff were warm and friendly. A couple issues: 1. I requested the shuttle to pick us up at the airport cost was 850 pesos...not a big deal. We requested the shuttle to take us back the cost was 550 pesos. What? 2. Staff called us Taxis, gave the taxi driver the address and we were dropped off at least 4 blocks away from the location. "
