"The staff is very nice they made my experience very pleasant. I would rate the hotel a 3 star, as there is no AC and the rooms are dated. The Morning Restaurant chef is amazing but in the evening it was not good. Overall good place to stay convenient and close to restaurants and museums. "

"This place is clean and charming. The neighborhood is also really great. The staff is friendly and the rooms have character with high ceilings and doors that open up to a balcony overlooking the street below. The only downside to staying at Hostal Regina is that it's on the second and third floors of the building its in and there are no elevators so you have to carry all your luggage up and down at least 2 flights of stairs. "The location is absolutely fantastic. In the heart of the historic center within a short walking distance to Zocalo and Avenida Francisco I. Madero.The area is very safe with 24/7 police presence.
