"The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are newly renovated. However, there was no fresh air. Our balcony room opened up to an enclosed space in the center of the hotel. There’s no AC but the weather in Mexico City didn’t require it. A fan was provided with both heating and cooling settings. The hotel is a 15-20 min walk from the angel/reforma where there’s more people and shopping centers. It a relatively safe area, locals mind their own business and can be seen walking their dogs...
