"I hadn't been back here in a number of years but it was always my go-to hotel in Mexico City. I always loved staying here because it's location is prime and the restaurant overlooking the zocalo is still one of my favorites in the area. We were on the 5th floor and the internet was not all it should have been. We could always get access down in the lobby but they need to do some work done to get a stronger internet signal thoughout the hotel. The staff is very helpful, there's a coffee machine...

"This place is clean and charming. The neighborhood is also really great. The staff is friendly and the rooms have character with high ceilings and doors that open up to a balcony overlooking the street below. The only downside to staying at Hostal Regina is that it's on the second and third floors of the building its in and there are no elevators so you have to carry all your luggage up and down at least 2 flights of stairs.
