Find Hotels with smoking rooms in Downtown Cancun

"We stayed in the Deluxe Suite with 936 sq ft which is bigger than our house in Los Angeles, USA. We paid around $106 out the door. We saved money on taxi rides because it was adjacent to the Las Americas shopping mall and has its own private card key entrance to the mall. We didn't use the kitchen because we ended up just eating at the mall or getting mall restaurant takeaway or shopping at the malls supermarket. For breakfast, the supermarket has a food court that opens early with a patisserie and coffee shop (cappuccino: 49 pesos). So, with dozens of restaurants at the mall from counter service to full service, there could be a hurricane outside and you have your choice of dozens of restaurants without getting wet. The food court at the mall had mariachis playing when we ate there on Sunday afternoon, too. The taxi driver from the airport found the hotel easily. We also re-found the entrance by asking taxi drivers and security guards. Of course, I studied Spanish for a few years in Los Angeles which makes asking for directions easier. All entrances required passing guards or key cards or both which gave me the impression of safety. Access is through a parking garage and there are several access points to the various towers. We stayed in the Vancouver tower. Some guests complained it was noisy, and perhaps they should have gone on vacation to a quieter place like the Antarctic. "I never write reviews but I have to write this one! Brung my daughter to Cancun for her birthday and booked a resort that was not to my cleaning standards so we left and booked here and I’m sooooo happy we did! This hotel is bomb! Very clean!!! Pool area is so amazing & peaceful! The free breakfast was so good every morning! &&& they have happy hour everyday from 6-11pm! We didn’t even want to be away from the hotel too much because happy hour at the pool was a vibe! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Just all around a great hotel with a very affordable price! It’s in the city area of Cancun but still not far from everything, there’s a convenience store across the street & Walmart is about 5 mins away. They also have free parking so you can rent a car if needed! I’m so happy I found this place last minute because our trip would have been so uncomfortable staying at our initial resort. Will definitely stay here again & again! If you are the type of person that’s big on staying in a clean & comfortable hotel this one is for you, don’t even 2nd guess. I have a cleanliness phobia & all my worries went away as soon as we checked in! THANK YOU GUYS! Especially the bartender in the restaurant I can’t remember his name, so nice & friendly!"
