Property manager managed to find ways to connect with me after unable to contact Expedia that our original property is closed on Sunday and we have to move to another property. The info provided was accurate. The location is really good. Close to city and easy access to metro even though due to COVID we didn’t take public transportation. "We were in downtown Buffalo for an event and we chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the event. The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely. We didn't hear traffics noise or sounds from inside the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and I had wished we were staying another night just so I could sleep in it one more time.
