"We did not stay. The front door looked like an abandoned building. We called and were directed to the right side of the building. There wasn’t parking on site. When we got up to the rooms. The lights to the bedrooms and living area where non functioning. Only the kitchen and bath had lights. I tried to switch on a bedside light it had no light bulb. "This place was perfect for our annual trip to Buffalo for a Bills game!!! Apartment was very clean and comfortable!! When I messaged Carlos to see if he had a crockpot (for our tailgating prep ) he immediately purchased one and had it delivered before we arrived ! ( even after I said I could bring mine). Had a little difficulty with the security/entrance but that was more on us !! (Not super tech savvy). . He had a back up key right there waiting for us !!! Loved all the little notes around...

"Classic old townhome with all the charm and quirks! Parking right in front was always available. Note the tub and bathroom could use some updates, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also the floors are slightly sloped throughout like many old homes; just a note for anyone with balance issues. Brian was very responsive with questions I had and you can’t beat the location. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet, spacious place to stay in the area."

"We had a wonderful stay in Buffalo. The location was super convenient. There are some wonderful restaurants including a few Puerto Rican cafes and a fun cat cafe across the street. The house itself was a perfect for our group. Lots of room to relax and be together. We had a few issues that needed some attention but the owner was always very quick to respond and resolve the issue. If traveling with a big group, we would definitely stay again. "
