"Beautiful decor run down town Buffalo. Felt very safe. Staff and services were very nice. My only concern was after parking in the lot a block away from the hotel was walking back by myself. Quite icy and snowy but you can’t blame that on the hotel. Pool and fitness room were clean and beautiful. Did not swim but would have if I had my suit. I would definitely stay there again."

"Very clean and contemporary. Staff was nice and informative. Most of the nearby restaurants are pricey (no fast food within walking distance for cheaper meals). Garage is a little bit of a nightmare to enter but no issues exiting and low cost parking fee. Snack area is clean and offers decent prices. The only issue with the room is the shower was not draining very fast (I think it's the design of the drain), so water splashed out onto the floor. Otherwise, it's a very decent place to stay. "

"This hotel was on sale and so we could afford it. In this case, you get what you paid for. The room was modern, bright, unusually spacious and conveniently organised appointed. Kitchen was great. Parking was plentiful and free. Location was in downtown and felt safe. There are decent places to eat nearby and the location is convenent if you like to visit galleries and museums (as we did)."
