"This was a last-minute stay and we had never stayed at an Embassy suites. We stayed two nights and were very impressed. The staff was beyond kind and accommodating. From the valet to the front desk to the restaurant, everybody was pleasant. The pool was clean, there was no hot tub. It was walking distance to restaurants and the theater. The room was spacious and clean. And we were pleasantly surprised."

"The facility itself is dated - rooms are clean, but lack higher end upgrades (mugs instead of paper cups, better coffee machine, more drinking water given in room) the staff were attentive and professional. Breakfast was excellent and different hot items each day of our stay. Location was in the hospital zone, so not much right in the local streets to see or do. A short 15 min walk was near many restaurants and some shops. Being from Canada, I had terrible phone service in the Buffalo downtown...
