"Our brief stay at the W only served to remind us of how much Austin has fallen from the city we all once loved very much when we were young. I travel for work and stay in hotels weekly. I have been treated better at a $40/night cinderblock motel than how we were treated at The W. It all started when we pulled up to have our truck valet parked.
