Our room was facing the freeway which was a bit loud. I recommend asking for a room not on the freeway side. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We walked to many places from there.

I booked what they call a premium 1 bedroom. What I received was a basic 1 bedroom. Which is nowhere near as nice. When I called the front desk upon walking into the room, and it looking NOTHING like the one I booked, they said hm, well that room is booked, then I asked for another and they had nothing of the like available. So I asked for a refund and they refused to do so and said that I should contact Expedia, which I did and Expedia said that there is nothing they can do unless the property gives a refund. At which point I would need to then call Expedia back with the name of the person who approved the refund and other information. So now I’m playing the back and forth game of them saying it’s the others fault. On top of all of this, the bathroom handles on the cabinets were all rusted and the toilet area was dirty. The balcony which was supposed to have a L shaped couch and view had 3 walls and 2 chairs on it facing a tiny courtyard and other apartments and it wasn’t even accessible. There’s construction going on all around the building and debris all around the sidewalk by the hotel from it. The building itself is also confusing to navigate and the hotel offers ZERO in way of anything outside of having a pool (which wasn’t open due to weather) and the room you’re staying in. I would recommend staying anywhere but here.

The property was very clean and secure. There was an issue with the code lock on the door not working but they gave us a physical key and key fob to get in and out of the room. It is right next to the highway so there is some noise if you’re not used to it. Otherwise I would highly recommend and stay there again.

TV did not work in the first room they put me in, and the second room was infested with cockroaches. I told them I didn’t want to stay another night (booked two nights) and asked both the management and Expedia for a refund on my second night. Management agreed to that but I have still not received it, and Expedia has stopped communicating with me. Terrible experience with both this hotel and Expedia.
