The property is in a great location, but it is quite old and in need of maintenance. We booked a suite for five, but the beds were uncomfortable, especially one in particular. No Valet. Parking Garage elevator was not working. Had to go down 4 flights of stairs with luggage. The garage is not connected to the hotel. Had to walk half block to hotel. Nine story hotel. Two of the three elevators were out of service so long waits to get a lift. Desk staff is clueless on elevator status and repairs is unknown. No restaurant, just bar food, burgers and tacos.
