Great location from downtown, far enough away to not being around busy downtown areas but not to far to not be apart of it. Close to shops and centers and restaurants all in walking distance. I just wish parking wasnt so expensive prefer free parking for a place i am actually staying but give a discount we are staying there.

Friendly staff, rooms very clean. Some of the physical plant a little bit worn or run-down (couch cushions, staircases, parking garage). Breakfast is nice and pretty varied, and staff kept everything supplied and neat. Free afternoon reception a nice plus - drinks are small but can't complain about a free drink. Very convenient to downtown and S. Congress (and the bat bridge) and Barton Springs area.

Front desk staff were helpful, but I could not hear what he had to say at check in. Missed breakfast when it closed at 9. Pool was freezing but very available. Very comfortable. Ideal for business travel.
