My room was not properly cleaned. Several dirty glasses, even empty plastic coffee cups stacked up were left behind after housekeeping serviced the room. I ordered food for delivery from a restaurant. The front desk did not send the delivery guy to my door or call me. They replied they were busy when I called down. I asked if they could send forks to the room, it was never delivered. No option to purchase movies or login into Netflicks, only basic cable options. I think service does not match the nearly $500 a night price. I wish I stayed elsewhere.

Our first impression checking in with Cole at the front desk was awesome! He was super friendly and made us feel welcomed right away. Hotel shuttle drivers Taylor and Jacob were also awesome...very friendly and authentic. Remmie in hospitality was also great! Again super friendly. The entire staff at Za Za is a great reflection of the hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

I don’t generally give reviews on anything online, however I feel like I need to with this hotel. This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was extremely nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be the only place I stay when in Austin.

We really enjoyed our stay!!! Wonderful Staff!!From being greeted with a glass of Rose to the great coffee station they set out by the elevator. It was a daughter, mother, granddaughter weekend trip....and the location was perfect. Excellent dining and entertainment choices in walking distance. And my daughters uber ride back to UT only 9 minutes away.
