Literally ALL the people we encountered at the River Hotel have been incredible. Given the expected turnover in staff in two years, we were thrilled to see the same gentleman behind the counter. The other two staffers were genuine, honest and extremely helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay near the Loop.
