"The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10."

"Fantastic hotel, great service, very comfortable and clean room. Swimming pool changing rooms could do with a freshen up. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room were closed for 3 days of my trip for maintenance. Breakfast was lovely and a great selection. Restaurant slightly overpriced for main meals. I enjoyed my stay that much that I have rebooked for May when I return for work."

" nice comfortable hotel, not aware of a so called cashless policy, when i was in possession of good old cash,and,not knowing the balance of my card. my wife and i had to dine out else where,'' your barman needs further training,came across as surly,could;nt be bothered to call last orders or better still ask customers if they required another drink before closing the bar,,, other than that ok"
