"Very good offering. Lovely reception and bad area. Rooms are a little dated but the hotel is perfectly good and has everything you need. Comfortable stay on all 3 occasions. Bar staff are super friendly and talkative."

"I was blown away by the excellent service, an amazing stay with so much attention to detail. Couldn't fault it in any way. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Can't do enough to make your stay so special. The best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Sometimes the bathrooms let the rooms down but not this one! "Excellent stay. The hotel was very reasonably priced and was located in the centre of Worcester. The room was clean, cosy and spacious. The breakfast was ample with plenty of choice including veggie sausages. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful 2 night stay"

"Very affordable considering it has a lot of facilities that far more expensive properties would have (e.g swimming pool, buffet breakfast, etc). Some I am sure are critical of the fact that some surfaces might need a second coat of paint or tiles to be modernised around the pool, but we won’t be. As a family we couldn’t ask for more, we had a quiet, ground floor room with comfortable beds, access to the leisure centre and free breakfast and meals for the children during our stay. There are even board games to play in the lounge and child friendly options and colouring packs at breakfast time. Staff were always courteous and friendly and clearly work hard as we found the same people waiting on or attending to us over the three days that we stayed! The hotel is really well located for close drives to Warwick, Stratford and West Midland Safari Park so for us as a family, it achieved everything we wanted it to be. "

"Everything was to a very high standard the only downside is that in a twin room for the right hand side bed there is no electricity socket or charging point, both are on the left side only which is very inconvenient "
