"Initial booking process passed between Expedia, Vrbo and another party like an abused rented mule and then another party wanted to hover up my passport details with selfie for good measure for extra fees as part of the so called check in process. "Nicely furnished apartment with comfortable sofas and beds, and a good array of kitchenware. Easy walking distance to cathedral and city centre along riverside path or beside the canal. Quiet at night. 42 steps up to the front door - fine for us but may not be for others. Only problem for me during a hot week was the window-doors, which I could not open in the main living room as they are so stiff. "On arrival the key safe wouldn't open the owner came and let us in on looking round the cleanliness was not up to standard dirty t stained mugs, inside fridge dirty and rusty,and the bed sheets hadn't been ironed just thrown on got the owner round and informed her of the problems and we left . "Great location, walking distance to Tesco’s and the High Street. Lovely view of the canal basin and a cute little balcony to enjoy it from. Everything you need and then some for a lovely stay in Stourport. The hosts are very accommodating and go the extra mile with things like juice, milk, eggs, and bread in the refrigerator and laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. Running to the grocery is not an immediate priority which is so nice. We would definitely stay again. Thank you. 😊"
