"We are a group of five friends who planned this trip almost two years ago. We had to pick off season due to our schedules. The weather/wind in Iceland was the worst it has been in 10 years, and we briefly lost power. Our host brought us a generator, coffee, pastries, and kept us updated every step. They checked in on us often and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. They have a very detailed book on property with instructions for everything. The house is amazing and stayed warm...

"Amazing home, modern and well kept, with stunning views of the mountains and a great place for viewing the aurora borealis. A beautiful deck and hot tub, and a cute guest house with half bath a bit separate from the main house. A fireplace in the living room was very cozy. There were kids games and toys for different ages. Plenty of linens and towels provided, and the host was helpful and communicative, with easy arrival, check-in and check-out.
