"Its ideal when our favourite restaurant is viva brazil! Staff are always smiling and always fulfill my strange requests such as an extra chocolate coffee pod at a late hour! "

"The hotel is on a side street off a large shopping street, but toward the end of that strip of stores. A couple blocks away things become more lively. We were glad for the quiet. The room was absolutely lovely with a spa-like bathroom, comfortable furniture, plentiful linens, tea and coffee makers. "Rooms showing signs of needing updating, initial room didnt have A/C /heating working, so we were upgraded to a junior suite. A/C and heating worked in new room but no radiators or heating situated in the bathroom which seemed strange in this day and age. Also shower showing signs of needing a refurb quite mouldy in places. Room sofas looked well used and in need of an update. Bed wasnt the comfiest, had better recently in a Premier Inn. Lobby area and bar spotlessly clean and staff were...
