"Lovely stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was quiet, clean and modern. Location was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic and we felt looked after. The only negative was the bed was slightly uncomfortable and the TV channels were all muddled up and a bit of a faff to navigate. "

Needed more bar staff however, to prevent queues. Would get your dining reservations in early if planning to have evening meal, but casual dining in Merlin bar was good. "
