"This is one of the nicest looking hotel I've stayed at accross the country. From the Waldorf Astoria to Beverly Hilton this hotel is grand. While Cleveland is not "New York City or Beverly Hills" the proximity of this hotel to so many great venues in this friendly city was a truly great experience. From Playhouse Square, to East 4th Street, to the Flat and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - this is a trip worth making again. "

"The room was very clean and there was a nice selection of foods at the breakfast bar. On top of that, it is very close to the airport (about a 7 minute drive in very snowy conditions). Overall, it’s one of the nicest hotels I have been to in Cleveland and will likely book another stay again when I have a long flight."

"Jervonne at the front desk was awesome and Gary from security too! I had gotten a rental truck from uhaul and they didn't have a padlock to secure all my gear,so Jervonne and Gary had me park in the front of the hotel in clear sight! Thank you again!!!"
