"Called to get access instructions on 7/15 and was told apartment was not available. Its been 13 days and have not received a refund."

"The location is great. The condo is large with really nice, up to date kitchen and bath. The manager was very reponsive. The things I wished I knew check in (getting keys, fobs, QR codes, parking hang tag) is a process. Be patient and build in time to go through the steps. Once you figure it out it was not a huge deal...and we always felt safe and secure. Not many amenties,,,so when in doubt, bring it with you or plan to buy it. Including a plunger!"

"There was no access to a lock box to get the key. Property owners phone goes straight to voicemail. Tenants in the building informed me the apartment was currently locked by the police because they renter was being evicted. Complete scam! Stay away!"

"We loved our stay at the Northside District loft. We were looking for a comfortable place to relax. We found the loft was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We enjoyed looking out the windows, watching the electric fireplace, and watching TV or talking.The location was also easy to get to with a couple restaurants just below us.
