"Two key things stand out-a gentleman team member offered to take our luggage cart downstairs for us instead of us doing it-great customer service; and apparently there was a medical emergency on our floor and at the same time my daughter had gone downstairs to as for something-the clerk was very professional and not flustered (and I would have been!). Also-the woman today working breakfast was obviously chosen for that role because she is very friendly!! "

"The lobby amenities and staff made this property a top choice. The rooms are fine, a little dated, but the lobby was great for our family to hang out and watch football and have a drink. Cracker Barrel on site was a bonus!"
