"We booked this due to proximity to Milford sound and wished we had stayed longer than one night. A first class hotel in a beautiful place. "

"The situation in a woodland property was nice. The interior was nice , although probably more rustic than luxury. It was good to have an open fire, because the living area was cold without it : perhaps a heat pump as well would be a good idea. We had to get lots more firewood from the woodpile especially kindling as we lit the fire each morning and evening. The living area was quite dark. "Wow, this was so nice, the surroundings were beautiful.. Laura and Derek very kind and helpful to make sure you have a good time in town or going to the Milford sound, she helped arrange a ride to M-S..I recommend it..parking is limited. And the road is winding it was better to have someone else do the driving just so much to see going to the M-S .. Thanks again. For great memories. Bruce & Janice Weber / Washington State US"
