The views from almost every room are incredible, we loved relaxing in the living room and eating at the dining table, all while being able to look out at the most amazing vistas. This house is very well-designed, we loved how there was a separate TV room where the kids can chill out and watch their shows, while the adults can stay in the main living room and enjoy the ambiance. "We wanted a cosy place for Christmas and this place was perfect for this! It was a step back to 60/70s which suited our family perfectly, lots of memories of our Grandfathers home which made it extra special. A few things that needed support with and the management team where quick and efficient it didn't effect our stay at all. "

"There were numerous things that were misleading about this property on booking. The major issue being the 4th double bedroom was downstairs in the garage. Exposed to the cold, far away from others in the house and we were unable to use it as a bedroom which made sleeping arrangements difficult as a party of 8 (2 families). Another inconvenience for our travels was the washing machine was not working. When we called Bachcare they said they knew about this and therefore had not listed a washing...

"My stay at Burn Cottage far exceeded my expectations. The location is so close to Cromwell yet rural, very peaceful and private in the most beautiful surroundings. Gill went above and beyond, it is clear every detail is thought of and the house keeping was just immaculate. I could live here! I travel to Cromwell quite often and this will definitely be my home away from home."

"Awesome accomodation with amazing views of the lake and close to everything . The house is equipped with everything you need including games, kayaks and bikes for activities . Great stay if your brining along your pet with the property being fully fenced and located right up the road from the lake track. I’ll definitely be booking here for future trips- Highly recommend !! ."

"Nice property, well presented, lovely spaces. Clean and today. Kids loved all the toys. Mattress on the bunk bed needs replacing as bottom is disintegrating and falling onto bed below. "

"Beautiful, magnificent views of the landscape, quiet, peaceful, fresh air, safe and secure. I didn't like the dining chairs. Unsafe to sit on as they are on an incline. My daughter-in-law fell backwards while sitting on the chair while her son was sitting on her lap. She nearly hit her head against the wooden bench. No freezer available and no exhaust fan above the cooking stove. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crow's Nest holiday home. Thank you."
