"This is primarily a young persons hang out. Lots of young adults that stay out late and party (off premises). We had a problem the first night with noise but the staff was amazing and upgraded us to a larger and quieter room. We are very grateful and after the first night, we had an amazing time. "

"Very convenient to downtown Queenstown and the Queenstown gardens and city park. Easy access from the airport via local bus service. Rooms were nicely furnished. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Very central, my only complaint would be coming back to our room at 3.45pm ish and room service had not been attended to , then got a knock on door , had to vacate while they then completed our room service "

"Convenient location close to city center. Better location if you’re bringing car though, there’s onsite parking. Also has hot tub that you can book."

"This motel is extremely quiet and has the most comfy beds. When inside the room it was very sound proof, even with the airport close by and other loud speaking guests. Room had a really good view. Stayed a week and was a very good stay. Thanks and can't wait to stay again."

"The place is beautiful, great views and the room was spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. The only downfall of the hotel is the location. Yes, there is a water taxi that takes you across. Timing doesn’t always work out and the bus times aren’t ideal or the location to catch it from. We probably didn’t research the distance to Queenstown centre very well. It would be ideal for the Hilton to offer a shuttle. "
