"The suites were immaculate and quiet, along a beautiful walking trail by the lake. While some of the facilities are under renovation, they were transparent about this when I reserved a suite. Despite renovations, it was very quiet and clean. The only concern was a sewer smell in and around the property in the evenings. "

"I enjoyed my stay in this clean, comfortable well appointed room. The in room kitchenette was great, and meant that I didn't need to eat out all the time. The hotel was quiet, and staff were friendly and professional. It was well located with a supermarket and cafes within walking distance, 15 mins by bus from the airport, and a 30 minute bus ride from Queenstown cbd. I would definitely stay there again. "
