"Great hotel to stay and near the Haram not far. Nice neighborhood the only thing that I didn’t like is security guards. I have my family with me and my ride stoped between tower 1 and 2 and the bus came and stopped for my family to come out and the security guards tell them to run them over. "

"Less than 5 minutes’ walk to King Fahd Gate 79, which was very convenient. Also close to the Clock Tower. The location is excellent for easy access. However, the room had a strong smell that resembled cigarette smoke. My family says it might be oud, but I’m not sure—it gave me a headache. The smell was the only downside to an otherwise great stay."

"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times in the past, and it’s always a fantastic place to be. However, I have one complaint: the staff’s rudeness during breakfast hours. I understand that you’re fully booked and have a lot of foot traffic in the morning, but you need to plan better and teach your staff manners when interacting with guests. The staff was extremely busy and didn’t seem to try to listen to our requests. Dinner hour were good as expected. Thanks to Mr Ashraf ( New manager ) for his hospitality during dinner hours "
