"I booked through Expedia my whole Umrah trip for 4 people. Somehow the room that I finally booked was of 3 single beds. I called property and emailed them too but the issue was not solved. When we finally reached there and talked to them, they were very nice and receptive. They upgrade our room and gave us a suite instead. It was first Umrah of my kids and we were staying at Pullman Zamzam for the first time too. This act made our stay memorable and we are now Pullman ZamZam for life. Also their luggage policy is very good and helpful. Haram is right outside the hotel. Breakfast options were great too. "

"Very decent size rooms for familes. Shuttle service to Haram but due to trafic it can take 20 min to get to Hram. "

"Great place, perfect location and super clean. Few minutes walk to the prophet mosque at the door # 328 and #329. Hotel hosts are respectful and friendly. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel for great experience. "
