Only gave us 2 single beds when we booked a double and 2 single for 5 guests. When trying to sort it there was a language barrier and no help. Never cleaned the room unless we asked one of the cleaners who seemed to do his own thing. Everything provided was for 2 guests rather than 5. Hotel failed to acknowledge our complaint even though i asked for management they just kept saying we will sort it. Eventually just made do. If they had our booking correct it would have been perfect.

Overall experience and services are pretty good except one issue. I booked a room with Haram view but firstly they gave us city view then after our insists they gave us a room with the partial view. I was disappointed as I paid extra for the view and there is no refund for that.

Electric sockets were lose, cabinets above sink were moulded, the safe was completely lose and unscrewed from wall, only had two working charging sockets for a 3 bedroom, bathroom was below average for a 5 star. Overall I have stayed in a better 2 star hotel. Not worth this price at all
