"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"Great location and in spite of its proximity to the motorway, room was very quiet. Having the supermarket 3 minutes walk away is also very convenient. The dishwasher wasn’t working and they knew this when they put me in the room so that was a touch annoying but once I reported the issue, house keeping kindly washed up all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "

"Exiting the property is kind of inconvenient due to many traffic, restaurants are not on walkable distance "

"The bed's are so comfortable but having a disability room when you have no need for these facilities when they should be used for the right purpose was disappointing. There also was no mention of the upgrade until my husband asked by then it was to late the receptionist replyed as the purchase had already gone through. "

"Good location in a nice hotel that is slightly dated. Somebody had sprayed the ceiling with likely champagne and it left a stain. Still, the room was clean and nice and we were not too far from the harbor"
