"First time in the Bahamas. First time in Comfort Suites Paradise Island. Great experience. All the people and staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated not knowing things and being able to ask for recommendations. All the recommendations were spot on. Loved the proximity to the Atlantis properties. Appreciated being able to visit the other properties. Just a wonderful time from beginning to end."

"Unique and friendly vintage hotel. Downtown location. Walking distance to shops, beaches, restaurants, rum, distillery. Very good service from all staff. Adequate breakfast included. The room could use more electrical outlets. Our suite included a microwave and a refrigerator which worked no problem. Enjoyed the balcony very much. Things were a little bit worn. Shower head. That was not great. Beds were nice. And pillows. Plentiful."

"The staff was phenomenal. I did not like the reservation process for dining. The first two nights we could not get a restaurant for dinner, the buffet was fine but we would have preferred trying all the restaurants. The bed was also hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. The staff was the star of our stay. They were always helpful and remembered us."

"This is the smallest all-inclusive resort we’ve ever stayed at, and we were a little apprehensive about what we would find. We were pleasantly surprised. The food in the veranda buffet was consistently very good, with good variation from day-to-day. The three specialty restaurants were all good with easy scheduling. Not sure if going in January had something to do with that. The facility was spotless, and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"What we loved most about the property was how incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming the staff were. Brendan and Reno were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our stay was safe and comfortable. My daughter and I appreciated that it is a family-owned business, and the staff’s genuine care and warmth were evident throughout our visit. The front desk gave excellent recommendations and frequently checked in on us, especially since my daughter and I were traveling alone....
