"I think property is too old. It needs to be upgraded, for example the furniture, the carpet, the bathroom, etc. If this hotel was not part of Atlantis it would be hard to substantiate the property higher than a 3. However, the staff more than make up for these shortcomings. They were super nice and helpful."

The facility was nice, but it felt a bit old-fashioned and could use some upgrades to match the level of service they aim to provide. Our room was clean and comfortable, but it had a dated feel. Despite that, we still enjoyed our stay and made some really great memories. "
