"Hotel and grounds have definitely not been updated in a very long time. The pics are probably from when the hotel opened and are not accurate at this time. Found someone’s night cap behind the bedside table and small ants in the room. Staff was very nice and had an enjoyable time in the bar area. Excellent seafood quesadillas!"

"Being up the hillside from the beach and the road made this a quiet place to stay, and a very impressive hotel to arrive at. It's in a lovely setting with a long tree-lined driveway running down the hill towards the sea, and the rooms that are sea-facing have balconies with fantastic views. The rooms are well-decorated, and very clean and tidy. There's a Mediterranean feel about their design. Because it's the Bahamas, the staff are friendly and relaxed and helpful. We had such a lovely time...

"Convenient for the airport. Rooms were nice and facilities ( pool and gym). However, the gym air con was not on high enough and therefore too hot, there was no water in the gym in the morning, there were no towels in the pool showers and generally the service to get drinks outside was slow. "

"Sweet, dated little gem.Basic room was adequate, and comfortable. About 10-15 min walk to get a bus, food is a little further. Ok breakfast, as long as you get there early. Pool is clean, well maintained. Good bed& linens. Good shower. Tiny fridge & kettle, but no dishwear. Paper cups. Helpful staff. Very loud noise 1 night, beside the property that that couldn't control. "
