"The staff was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the charm of this resort and that it wasn’t overly crowded with people. There were good restaurants that were walkable from the property. The pools left a little to be desired and both the slides were out of order for our entire stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely go back. It was probably a little expensive for the overall age and condition of the property but again it was a great vacation."

"Convenient for the airport. Rooms were nice and facilities ( pool and gym). However, the gym air con was not on high enough and therefore too hot, there was no water in the gym in the morning, there were no towels in the pool showers and generally the service to get drinks outside was slow. "

"Let me start with the good. This is the 3rd RIU we have stayed at. The others were in Cancun. The staff and service were top notch. Every one is helpful and friendly. Really can't say enough good things about everyone we interacted with. The restaurants and buffet are on par with any other RIU. This is the smallest property we have stayed at. There is only one bar, which is the sports bar. It opens up at night to the auditorium for nightly entertainment. There is one pool and swim up bar. The...
