"It was a wondrful stay , but only issue if you order taxi fron otaxi they will not allow them to come inside you have ti go out side Had an absolutely pleasant stay at Chedi Muscat , super welcoming staff , great place with so many activities. The only issue we faced was the transportation, unreasonable prices to be honest you cant book a taxi from outside the hotel or you need to walk all the way to the gate to reach your transportation ! So i highly recommend renting a car before going...

"The hotel is one of 5 'boutique' hotels located in Souk Waqif, owned by the same group, which entitles you to use all the facilities in the 5 different hotels. The rooms were larege and very comfortable, decorated in an elaborate traditional Arabic style (e.g. fringed cushions and velvet sofas). Although my preference is for more contemporary style rooms and comfort, this hotel would suite those with a preference for more traditional style.
