"The staff are just wonderful at the hotel. Samuel at the concierge who never failed to smile and drove us around the resort in a golf buggy. Aung delivered our room service was also delightful and so polite. All the staff at the fantastic spa made us feel so welcomed every time which made it super special. Thank you everyone. "What a stay. We loved Raffles Dubai amd everything about it. The staff were fabulous and every interaction a pleasure. The condition of the hotel was great and decor so elegant, beautiful and so clean Breakfast was so fresh with great choice and presented so well. We usually stay at more resort type hotels on Jumeirah Beach but thought we would try one of Dubai's classic hotels amd are so glad we did. Great Job Team Raffles"

"Very good stay - hotel standards very high - staff extremely pleasant at all levels - greeted everyday with a smile at breakfast in the restuarant by Kusum who was very busy and efficient in her work ! Thank you Kusum Unfortunately the pool was out of action during my stay - but the view from the roof pool area was excellent !
