We booked a room with 2 beds but they said they messed up booking and gave us a room with single bed. There was construction somewhere around hotel that started at 8am daily and it got very loud and we couldn’t sleep . We requested to move to a higher floor but once again got the same reply that no room is available.

We stayed here in Room 427 March 13 to 16 2025. Very clean rooms, friendly staff. Easy check in and out. The room did not have the best views, but again we were not in room for long, so was least of our worries for this time. Next time I would request a room with better views. Staff was amazingly friendly. Housekeeping was on time and good. Convenient location, right across from Dubai Mall, we walked to the mall, fountains and Burj Khalifa. 15 mins or less taxi rides to every other major place in Dubai. Taxi and Uber easily available at entrance. Would definitely stay here every time I am in Dubai. Next time hopefully with more time so I can experience the entire hotel amenities, gardens, pool etc. which I missed this time in my short trip

A lovely hotel
A lovely hotel well situated. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and functional. We had an apartment which was beginning to look a little tired and needed redecorating but it was still in good condition. We would stay there again.

Swissotel is perfect for my family walking distance to Dubai Mall, 30 minutes walk to museum of the future, the pool is very nice service is excellent

We stayed at the Swissotel and had a very enjoyable time. The room was clean and spacious with a large king bed. The best part of the hotel is the staff who go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The only negative is the room had the shower in the bath and you need to be very careful using to ensure you don’t fall. Maybe challenging for someone with mobility issues.
