"Staff are very helpful. Studio was clean and had all amenities. Very tasty and generous breakfast included. If you had a late breakfast, you can skip lunch and spend more time to visit. Very welcoming and friendly. In very few days we got to know everyone by name. They all speak English. There is a hammam (turkish bath) adjacent to the hotel you should try. "Amazing stay! Sahin was amazing before the stay in booking airport transfers. Helped with making booking for tours and balloon ride! Their father, Farrokh was also hospitable with the guests. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, with fresh fruits and produces from around the area. Highly recommended stay for Cappadocia in the Göreme area! Cannot recommend enough and can't wait to be back!"

"I travelled to more than 30 countries and states, never i had to stay in a room without a window even to bad views, in this room it was like a jail room. It is hotels.com problem to have such low level beings named a hotel. Shame on you hotels.com Your description should be more accurate, because we depend on it at selection time."

"Good location in the old town with all transport facility at the door step. Stayed in studio (2 days) and classic apartment (1 day). Very clean spacious room with all amenities that includes kitchenware and washing machine(in classic room). Only downside would be no elevator in the G+4 floor building. "

"The bed was not clean, with dirty sheets and a blanket that had a coffee spill. I asked the receptionist twice to change the sheets and blanket, but they still didn't provide new ones. This was my third time using this hotel; previous experiences were good with no issues. However, for this third visit, I booked through a different agent, which might explain the problems I encountered. Despite this, the location is great."

I arrived to Zirkon Suit Otel on 24th of December at around 10 pm. "The manager who checked me in was a lovely person. Room was little tired but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights.Air con worked well but TV had no signal. Location superb right in centre of old town. Place a little neglected with piled up broken furniture, motorbikes, cars and mop & buckets etc next to little pool.area( pool.was clean) which was a shame .
