"I turned up at the hotel (after a bus journey from Petra ) only to get some excuse from staff about maintenance work in my room!! Truth is, Zaman have a very old booking system and because of their location and price, get over booked. I was then sent by Zaman to their 'sister' hotel the Hotel Arabesque, in a completely different area of Amman. Zaman Ya Zaman, it is 2023!!!! Modernise!!! Zaman could have contacted me to tell me or cancelled my booking earlier...."

"Hotel is located in Quiet Area of ALSHEMISANY. they have very nice restaurants '' the garden'', and vinaigrette on the roof top, with outstanding view of Amman. both restaurants service a selection of international kitchen as well as Delicious Sushi. breakfast is acceptable, but I believe, can be better "

"Do not ask the staff to find you a taxi, because we found out that the taxi and hotel staff charged the customer much more for getting a taxi. The taxi driver and hotel staff knew that we wanted to take a taxi and the taxi driver charged us triple of what regal taxi would cost. For example, a taxi will cost around 5 dinars or less to go anywhere in Jordan, but the taxi that the hotel got for us charged us 20 dinars! To go to a restaurant that is only 10 mints away from the hotel. Just be careful...
