"Polite staff. Dibin at reception very helpful to change my room immediately. Other security staff friendly and chatty. Swimming pool staff helpul and clean. Close to city centre walkeble distances mcdonald's open 24 hrs inside mall. Handy store on 3rd floor buy milk ans various options Restaurant on gound floor friendly staff and nice pastries Wifi access faster and convenient across the property. Recommended place to stay and visit Qatar for best amazing experience. Uber best option easy...

"Good hotel, location is great, just a short walk to Dubai mall. Worked perfectly for our hop on hop off tour. We booked the 3 bedroom room, it’s massive. Says it sleeps 8 but really only sleeps 6. Overall this is a good location and a good hotel. It’s a bit run down but for a central location with a big room it was great value. "
