"Lots of options, bars, restaurants under one roof, the SPA is great, the barber shop is friendly, sports bar is not too noisy, location is convenient, and the breakfast is elaborate. Rooms are not appropriately described for everyone to understand the offerings. Surprisingly they changed my room to my requested choice of smoking room even when they didnt have any at checkin, so quickly, before I laid my hat in the smoking room. "

"Modern hotel, comfortable rooms with extremely helpful front desk staff. They helped us with taxis, directions, and other recommendations. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from one of the pedestrian bridges to enter the mall. There is a small store downstairs for snacks and toiletries, coffee and pastries. TGIFridays is downstairs and good to sit outside at bar in evening, but the breakfast there is not worth the time or money. I would recommend and stay there again. "
