The only complaint I have is with the transportation to and from the resort, they used a third party company that was not the best in terms of planning, but we still made it to the resort and departing flight on time."

"Really felt like staying in the rainforest, but with excellent food and service. Villa was very private. Not a wildlife preserve, but we did see monkeys, a mom and baby sloth, birds, and lizards on the expansive property. The geothermal pools and the use of all 3 Nayara restaurants and facilities were major plusses that probably aren't emphasized enough."
