"Hotel was clean. Staff was courteous. When we were leaving for universal (with 2 kids), one of the staff members asked us if we wanted water and gave us 3 bottles of chilled water on a hot day. That gesture was very sweet. Food options were good (we had dinner and BF there). Free BF option was just small portion of granola , yogurt and fruit. You have to order food for BF. Room was comfortable and clean with 2 beds. I am not sure about VIP benefits. I didn’t receive any VIP benefit. Overall it...

"It was perfectly fine and well-located. It’s a bit tired and needs a makeover but that said, I wasn’t there for anything fancy. Just needed the location and a comfortable stay and it was definitely that."

"Not much more than a glorified old motel but in Beverly Hills this is what you get. The rooms have been renovated with nice facilities but I was on the 4th floor and there was a funky smell in the rooms and corridors. Great neighborhood though and convenient for meetings in Bev Hills and Century City."

"loved staying at this historic hotel! it was so cute inside, the front desk staff was awesome and helped deal with our lost luggage when we had to go to a lakers game. the hotel is right off of rodeo and beverly drive, and when we woke up early because of jet lagged the front desk girl recommend us places to go that were open as early as we were. highly recommend!
