Garage parking is definitely an amenity: without it, parking could be a challenge due to the number of cars parked on the residential street. The unit’s description states there is no air conditioning; heating the space was a challenge. Adjusting the thermostat did not emit heat from the wall furnace. In turn, the space was chilly.
