"It was a bit of a rough start because the room we booked had no WiFi and when you have kids you know how important that can be ! But the front desk really got it handled and moved our room and got us all settled. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient and the tram going back and forth to universal on the hour was great . I’d definitely stay here again and recommend my friends to stay here too ! "

"After an initial glitch with the first front desk clerk, once the manager stepped in, everything was fine. The rest of the hotel staff could not have been more pleasant and accomodating, particularly Ivan and Sierre. Pool was great and club sandwich from the bar/restaruant was top notch. We will be back. Thanks."

"We were traveling with our autistic grandson and needed to break our travel to allow for him to rest from all the input of traveling. The hotel was clean but more importantly quiet. It was quiet enough for him to be comfortable taking a swim in the pool as there was not a bunch of other children screaming and splashing."
