"The hotel is nice and the staff was great. Our room could have used some maintenance; coffee splatter on the wall behind the coffee maker, hair on bathroom and shower floor, cosmetic damage to the bathroom door….lots of small but noticeable things. This was not enough to deter me from staying again but for the cost and quality of this brand, those issues should be addressed and repaired without customer initiation. "

"We were traveling with our autistic grandson and needed to break our travel to allow for him to rest from all the input of traveling. The hotel was clean but more importantly quiet. It was quiet enough for him to be comfortable taking a swim in the pool as there was not a bunch of other children screaming and splashing."
