"Easy check in and friendly staff"

"It was a bit of a rough start because the room we booked had no WiFi and when you have kids you know how important that can be ! But the front desk really got it handled and moved our room and got us all settled. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient and the tram going back and forth to universal on the hour was great . I’d definitely stay here again and recommend my friends to stay here too ! "

"Nice location, and staff were welcoming and overall great service. There main Elevator was out of service but they gave access to service elevator. Liked valet parking , great service and proximity to beach and santa monica. Sorrounding areas felt little unsafe and noisy after late evening. Overall great place to stay with family"
