"I was skeptical because of the area but i was blown away how clean and comfortable it was. The desk staff were helpful and professional. My bed was soft and plush pillows. The room service to clean my room was so freaking nice and accommodating. I had to go to a seminar at the Proud Bird and it was close. I also had to bring along two of my work computer monitors and was worried about the internet and set up but everything worked out. A lot of food places less than 500ft walking distance. I...

"Great place for the price. Are the rooms top notch? No. Were they clean? Absolutely. There were some things in my room that needed repair but it was not integral to the quality of my stay. Again, I got what I paid for and was satisfied.The staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy check in/check out. Walkable food options in multiple price ranges. Light rail to anywhere just two blocks away. The area is great to walk and explore. I plan to come back to Pasadena and I'll probably be back to...

"We had the suite and it was perfect for a night with the family. This was the lowest price in the area so expectations have to align with what you are paying. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They have underground parking with a gate so pretty safe. Neighbourhood isnt great, there was a homeless man sleeping outside the front entrance when we left in the morning. I am pretty certain he tried to get in the communal hallways to the rooms during the night but the door only opens...
