"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

The entire staff—ranging from registration and concierge to waiters and housekeeping—exceeds expectations. They are all courteous and proficient in English. There are numerous dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a delightful café area. I highly recommend this resort; your money is well spent on the all-inclusive package."

"Overall it was a good experience with the Bahia and staff. The property was nice and rooms were spacious. Parking was Ok as there is no designated Parking from what i could find. The restaurants were hard to gauge when they would be open, i don't know if that had something to do with the time of the year we visited. Had a problem with the Mosquitos in the room, i think they were coming in when the maid propped open the door to clean the room. "
