"On site security. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean but they do not provide wash clothes, only towels. Breakfast complementary and delicious. The property only has one pool that is not that big but it is deep. Hotel is walking distance to the town, the clock, and Mahogany Beach. Dunn’s River Falls and Dolphin encounter are also less than 5 minutes away."

"Service was on the whole really good, except we got ghosted by one butler 🙃 the property is really nice, but a bigger pool would be nicer. The best part was easy access to hillside pool on the sister property 😄 we got an ocean view room but there was barely a view of the ocean. Bed was a little too soft for me, and water in bathtub drained too slow (we complained 3 times). Overall I’m still rating it 5 stars because we had a fun time, and the staff on the whole seemed pretty happy and were very helpful, but I probably wouldn’t go back, check out a different resort next time. "
